Please read the T&Cs carefully before placing orders on this website. We recommend that you keep a copy of these T&Cs for future reference. By accessing and using this website you agree to these T&Cs, including any changes. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, please do not access or use this website in the future. For certain campaigns, promotions or contests, additional terms and conditions may apply. If you wish to participate in such campaign, promotion or contest, you must agree to the terms and conditions applicable thereto. In case of contradiction between these terms and conditions and the T&Cs, the T&Cs shall prevail.
D'COMO reserves the right to rectify, modify and/or replace in whole or in part this website, the information and materials contained therein, as well as the T&Cs. Consult these T&Cs periodically for possible changes or modifications.
Right to Purchase
When making a purchase through this website, you will be asked for your personal information. Specifically, customers must provide their real name, telephone number, e-mail address and other requested information. Also, when ordering items you will be asked to provide payment details, ensuring that the payment details you provide when ordering are valid and correct, confirming that you are the person named in the billing information you provide.
By placing an order, you expressly authorize us to carry out a verification of your data and, when D'COMO deems it necessary, to communicate or obtain information from third parties (including any updated information) about you, including but not limited to your credit card number, to validate the same, obtain the initial authorization of the same and to authorize the purchase transaction.
Terms and conditions of purchase
The products shown on this website are only a selection from the D'COMO catalog. This collection has been specially chosen for the D'COMO online store. The availability of our products is real time, so it is possible that some selected products are not in stock. The D'COMO online store accepts no responsibility for the lack of stock or any of the models shown.
Please note that the items in the D'COMO Bag are not reserved and can be purchased by another customer.
How to buy
D'COMO uses the following purchase procedure:
You must select and add to the D'COMO Bag the item(s) you wish to purchase by clicking on the D'COMO Bag icon displayed on the website.
The D'COMO Bag will include the reference number of the selected item(s), the name, size and price (including VAT).
In the same bag, we will show you a list of the item(s) you are about to purchase, the total price (including VAT and shipping costs).
Once you have selected the items, you must fill in the order form. On this order form you must indicate your personal data and payment information in order to process your order. Please note that all data must be filled in correctly to avoid confusion and problems when sending the purchased item(s).
Once you have made your choice and placed your order, you will receive an email from D'COMO confirming that your order has been registered (order confirmation). This order confirmation will include, among others, information regarding the identification of the item(s) purchased, the total price (including VAT and shipping costs) and the delivery details.
If you make a mistake when placing your order, please contact our Customer Service Department where we will be happy to assist you. However, always be sure to check your order before placing it. Before confirming your order, you have the possibility to edit the information you have entered, such as the shipping or billing address or your credit card details; you can also change or delete items included in your D'COMO Bag.
If an error occurs in the message, it may be a temporary communication problem with the network or an error in typing the e-mail address provided. In both cases, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, payment authorization cannot be obtained, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or if the item is not in stock. In the latter case, we will inform you by email and credit you for all payments that have been made.
We are not liable to you or any third party for the removal of any merchandise from the website, even if it has been sold; nor for the removal, revision or editing of materials or content on the website; nor for refusing to process a transaction.
The prices shown on this website are in Euros and include all applicable taxes, with the exception of those expressly excluded. All prices and offers shall correspond to those published on the website. The price of the products shown on this website at the time of order confirmation will be valid. D'COMO will not be responsible for special taxes, customs duties or additional delivery costs. D'COMO reserves the right to change its retail prices at any time, except for orders that have already been placed.
Payment methods and security
It is possible to place orders at any time, 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
As indicated on the payment page, D'COMO will only accept payments made by credit or debit card, electronic payment methods, cash on delivery and bank transfer depending on availability, depending on the country where the order is being shipped. No other form of payment will be accepted, except for those mentioned above.
You must confirm that the credit/debit card you are using is yours or that the cardholder has authorized you to use it. Credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization checks by their card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to D'COMO, we will not be responsible for any delay in delivery.
We will make every effort to make this website secure. In order to ensure the security of payment transactions, D'COMO uses a secured payment system. This means that all sensitive data (e.g. credit card number and expiration date) is encrypted and transmitted directly to a secure server using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We will also take care to keep, to the extent that we are empowered to do so, your order and payment details secure; however, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party attempts to gain unauthorized access to the information you provide when accessing this website or ordering from this website.
D'COMO will not assume responsibility for delays in delivery of merchandise resulting from lack of authorization by the bank.
We ship orders from multiple locations. Orders consisting of several items may be split to expedite shipping. In this case, we will send you an email to inform you.
D'COMO reserves the right to hold any order for security reasons. Affected customers will be notified. We also reserve the right to cancel an order when we are unable to verify shipping and/or billing information, in which case we will notify you. We also reserve the right not to accept and/or cancel an order if we believe that the buyer wants to obtain the items for resale.
Customers wishing to purchase more than 5 pairs of shoes should contact the Customer Service Department of the D'COMO online store, where they will be given detailed information about purchase options.
We will only be able to fulfill the order if the delivery address is the usual place of residence or place of work located in one of the countries indicated on this website.
The items offered through this website are a selection of products from the D'COMO collection and meet the same requirements in terms of quality and warranty as those sold in D'COMO stores.
Each product contains the following information:
- Model name
- Model image
- Price in Euros
D'COMO aims to show the color of your shoes as close as possible to the actual color. However, the color of the shoes may be subject to variations depending on the quality of your computer monitor. For this reason, D'COMO does not guarantee that the color displayed on your monitor is an exact reproduction of the original.
Special offers, promotions and discounts will be valid until the date indicated or until there are no more items in stock, whichever comes first. Our shoes have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, counting from the day of purchase.
Delivery and insurance
D'COMO insures each purchase during the transit time until delivery at the specified shipping address. All orders are delivered by reputable courier companies.
Delivery times are as follows:
- In stock: 48 to 72 hours.
- Available in our central warehouse: 7 days. Normally delivered in one week.
- Items are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Delivery time is between 1 to 5 working days from dispatch.
Deliveries will be made to your usual place of residence or place of work located in one of the countries listed on this website. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. Once signed for upon receipt, the items become the responsibility of the consumer. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays in any particular region or country. All purchases of D'COMO items are delivered by courier companies of recognized prestige.
In order to avoid problems with deliveries (incorrect addresses, person absent at the address) the corresponding form must be filled in correctly, especially the box with the contact telephone number.
When your order has left the warehouse, we will send you an email indicating the tracking number of the package assigned by the courier company for the delivery of your item(s). This way you will be able to see where your order is at all times. If you have ordered more than one pair of shoes, we will wait until all the items in the order are available before shipping, as we do not make partial deliveries.
All items delivered by D'COMO will remain the property of D'COMO until D'COMO receives your payment.
Cancellation of orders
You may cancel your order(s) at any time prior to shipment and you will receive full credit. If your order has already been shipped (i.e. has already left the warehouse) you will have to wait until delivery to cancel your order, although such cancellation will be subject to terms and conditions set forth for returns (see section "Returns and Exchanges").
To cancel an order before it is shipped, go to the "Your Orders" section and enter the order number and email address used. The system will automatically show you the order details and if the "Cancel" option appears, you must click on it to cancel the order. If this option does not appear, this means that your order has already left the warehouse and cannot be cancelled; however, you can return your order once you have received it, according to the conditions for returns.
You can also contact our Customer Service to cancel your order, as long as it has not been shipped.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the item. To return or exchange an order, you must check that the following conditions are met.
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent and in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned to our offices (see address below) within 14 days of receipt of your order.
D'COMO does not allow exchanges in multi-brand stores that sell D'COMO products. Likewise, D'COMO does not allow the return of items to the online store when they have been purchased in multi-brand stores that sell D'COMO shoes.
When sending items for return or exchange, the products must be presented in their original packaging, and will be sent by registered mail to the address indicated below (and also during the return process). You can make the shipment through the courier company of your choice.

To request the return of an item, please follow the steps below:
- Enter the "Your Orders" section and enter the order number and the email address used.
- The system will show you the order details and the return option. Click on this option and indicate the model/s you wish to return.
Once we have received the item(s) and verified that it meets the above conditions, D'COMO will refund the amount you have paid for the item(s). If you request the return within 14 calendar days from the day you received the item(s), D'COMO will refund the initial delivery costs. The direct costs of returning the item(s) shall always be borne by the customer, except in case of manufacturing or quality defect, where D'COMO will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s).
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us the corresponding form that you will find here or by contacting our customer service department.
If the item is returned as a result of a manufacturing or quality defect for which D'COMO is responsible, we will refund you the full amount within 10 working days. The credit will be made automatically to the credit card or bank account indicated by the customer, depending on the method of payment that the latter has used.
In no case we will accept freight collect shipments.
To request a size change, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to the "My Orders" section and enter the order number and email address used.
- The system will show you the order details and the exchange option. Click on this option and indicate the model(s) you wish to exchange, and select the reason for the exchange.
In the case of exchanges, the buyer is responsible for all delivery and collection costs. In no case we will accept freight collect shipments.
When we have received the item(s), we will send you the new size, using the same service that was used for the original purchase.

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. The parties, without waiving their own or any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled by law, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of San Sebastian for any actions and claims that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these T&Cs.
