Duty of confidentiality with regard to the processing of your data
The persons involved in the processing of data concerning natural persons and accessing, directly or indirectly to the files, shall at all times observe secrecy with regard to the personal data they become aware of in the course of the activity. The Duty of Secrecy constitutes an obligation for the D'COMO Group, the members of the management and governing bodies, the persons hired under Labor Law, the professionals providing services hired under Commercial Law. It is also an obligation for the suppliers of goods and services and their employees, the Data Processors and their employees, those whom the Data Processor subcontracts and their employees. The obligation of secrecy survives after the termination of the employment or commercial relationship established with the D'COMO Group, Data Controller, as well as after the expiration of the employment or commercial contracts, etc., that bind employees and/or professionals with the Data Processor and suppliers who supply goods or provide services to the D'COMO Group.
Apart from the companies belonging to D'COMO and for the purposes we have already detailed and with the exception of the following cases, we do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without informing you in advance and in accordance with current legislation on data protection.
