We indicate the steps to make a return of your purchase in D'Como. Returns are free and you have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your purchase to request it.
1 - Access the exchange area that you will find on this page below. With the email with which you bought + the order number (Order Id: you have it in the confirmation email, a code similar to DC12345) you can access the information of your order.
2 - Select the product you want to return + the "return" option. Choose the reason for your return and complete the information requested.
3 - As soon as we process your return we will send you an email to confirm that the return is in process.
4 - You must prepare the item(s) you wish to return in their original box and return them postage paid.
5 - As soon as we receive the item(s) and confirm its condition, we will proceed to make a full refund of your purchase within 7 days of receiving the product(s). Please note that we check each product: Our warranty will cover manufacturing defects. Defects or deterioration caused by external factors (accidents, wear and tear, misuse, improper handling of the product), as well as products whose original form has been tampered with, altered or repaired by the customer or third parties will be excluded.
